Spring Picnic Cracker Snacks (dairy and wheat free)

We love crackers...crackers with hummus, with almond butter, with apple butter, with white bean spread, with soup, with goat cheese, and just of course just on their own!  This homemade recipe is super easy, fun and delicious.  Dairy free, wheat free, soy free, and sugar free!


Seed Crackers


Ingredients: ½ cup oat flour ½ cup buckwheat flour ½ tsp sea salt 1 tsp poppy seeds 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp sesame seeds ½ tsp dried rosemary 2 Tbsp olive oil + 1 tsp olive oil 4-6 Tbsp water


Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 370. 2. Mix all dry ingredients together. 3. Add the olive oil and mix. Gradually add the water 1 Tbsp at a time. The dough should be sticky enough to form a ball, but dry enough that it does not stick to your hands. 4. Roll out as thin as possible. Cut out crackers in preferred shape. 5. Place on a baking sheet. 6. Bake for 15 minutes.
