We love cookies and we love muffins...and making them into a combination, muffin-cookie, is the best! Muffin tops taste like muffins, but look like fluffy cookies.
Blueberry Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops
1 cup oat flour 1 tsp baking powder ¼ cup coconut oil or ghee 2 Tbsp maple syrup ½ cup banana, mashed ½ cup chocolate chips ½ cup blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix together the dry ingredients. Mix together the wet ingredients, mashing the bananas well.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, folding in the chocolate and blueberries.
- Spoon onto a baking sheet (oiled with coconut oil or ghee). Bake for 12 minutes or until fluffy!
