1 cup almond flour 1 cup cornmeal 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) 2 eggs 1 apple, sliced finely cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix together the dry ingredients. 3. Mix together the wet ingredients. 4. Mix together the dry and wet ingredients. 5. Spoon into mini muffin tray. 6. Lay apple slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. 7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
