Do You Know How to Love Your Sweet Tooth? (allergen free, gluten free, sugar free)

It's practically spring time!!  As many of you might be experiencing, we have been feeling an increased pull to eating fresh, vibrant, raw foods...lighter things that are energizing and cleansing.  This time of year is perfect for doing a little pick-me up, rejuvenation detox.

And one of the things we do on a detox is avoid eating sugar!!  Woohoo!!  Aren't you excited about that?

If you are going on a modified cleanse, a full on detox, or an elimination diet...then you know what we are talking about. This recipe is something you could integrate back into your diet as you are transitioning from a full on detox/cleanse to eating more foods again. And, if you are just eating everything and feeling fantastic- this recipe still applies to you!  If you are not on a cleanse or modified diet- then you can throw in some chocolate chips for an extra sweet treat.

We can all benefit from eating desserts that are super low in sugar, high in protein, and packed with nutrient dense ingredients.  Plus...grain free, gluten free, sugar free, egg free, dairy free, and nut free.

Really?!

Not saying these are your mom's gooey, sweet chocolate chip cookies from when you were little...BUT they might just be the comfort you are looking for when you are on a cleansing detox or modified diet.
