Farmer's Market Breakfast for Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free

The farmers' market is absolutely stunning this time of year!  We made a farmers' market breakfast on Sunday morning.  Not only was it easy to put everything together, it was delicious and bursting with scrumptious flavours.  Sometimes, simplicity is the best thing you can do for a special meal.


The Menu (gluten free, sugar free, dairy free):

Fresh sliced pears, peaches and strawberries

Garlic sauteed kale

Fresh vegetables- cucumbers, red pepper, and yellow tomatoes

Herbed sweet potato mash

Roasted sprouts and beets

White bean hummus


Dipping Sauces:

Balsamic vinaigrette

Spicy cilantro tahini


To start it off, we had yummy Peach, Banana Kale Smoothies...

Peach, Banana Kale Smoothie


2 ripe peaches 1 banana 1 cup kale, chopped 2 cups cold, filtered water


Directions: Blend everything up in the blender until creamy!
