1/3 cup coconut flour 2 Tbsp arrowroot powder 1 Tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder pinch sea salt
3 Tbsp melted coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter)
2 Tbsp almond milk (or other dairy free milk)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
handful dark chocolate chunks or chips
handful small apple slices
handful dried cranberries (fruit juice sweetened)
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, cranberries, and apples. 3. Form the batter into small cookies and space out on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
4. Bake for 12 minutes for soft, fluffy cookies. You can bake a few minutes longer if you prefer more well done cookies.
