Use a juicer- there are many on the market that range in price
Blend the ingredients in a high speed blender and strain the juice through a cheesecloth to remove solids

3 large kale leafs (stems removed)
3 stalks of organic celery
Small chunk of ginger
Juice all ingredients in your juicer and enjoy!
