2 cups chickpeas, cooked and rinsed (or from a BPA-free can. learn about the dangers of BPA here)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground garam masala
2 tsp tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
2 tsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tsp maple syrup
1. Preheat the oven to 375.
2. Spread some parchment paper out on a baking sheet.
3. Mix together all of the ingredients and spread out on the parchment paper.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy.
5. Best to eat right away. If you do store some away for another day, you might need to re-crisp the chickpeas up in the oven before eating.
