It's hot out and that means it is smoothie weather. However, it can be really difficult to find a good smoothie that isn't loaded with bananas or some other type of really sweet fruit. This delicious Chocolate Cacao Coconut Peanut Butter Smoothie is absolutely divine and super low in sugar (plus it's vegan, dairy free too), it's hard to believe it tastes so good!!
Chocolate Cacao Coconut Peanut Butter Smoothie
1/2 large avocado
1 cup cold coconut water
1/2 cup cold almond milk (or other type of dairy free milk)
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (or you could use cocoa powder)
1 Tbsp organic peanut butter (or you could use almond butter or cashew butter)
Blend it all together in a food processor until creamy!
