On February 14th we’ll be offering our very last detox...ever!  Our goal is to have you feeling refreshed, balanced and energized… rid you of bloating, indigestion and lethargy… oh and no dishes, clean up or cooking on your part!  

Our detoxes are NEVER about deprivation - what's the fun in that?!  We're here to feed you well, to give your body a re-boot, to reduce your sweet cravings, to regulate your blood sugar, to re-balance your body to allow you to feel well now while working to prevent future illness.

Get ready to eat more veggies than you're used, trust us, your body will be literally screaming with joy from being so incredibly nourished!

Delivery

We deliver meals Tuesday February 13th between 4:30-10pm.

*We cannot guarantee what time your meals will be delivered, it is based upon location.

If you're not home, you can let us know the best place to leave your meals (e.g. front porch, with a concierge, with a neighbour).  Once delivered the meals are now your responsibility.

Food Storage and Preparation

Once meals are delivered, place food into your refrigerator immediately.

Please keep all meals in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.  The sides cannot be frozen as they are fresh salads but any of the mains can be frozen.

Meals can be enjoyed heated, cold or at room temperature depending on your preference.  Please don't heat the meals in the containers we provide, they'll melt (eek!)

Packaging

We use 100% recyclable plastic containers, which are free of BPA.

Please note, containers are not microwavable.

When to Eat the Meals

The meals will last you for 5 days, you can freeze the mains but not the sides. There is no exact guideline of when to eat the specific meals, this is up to you!  We do recommend eating the fish meals earlier rather than later.  If you get 10 meals mix and match the meals to create more variety.
