Private Holistic Chef
Whether you are recovering from an illness, preventing one, looking to lose weight, feed your family or are a busy professional, it can be challenging to figure out what to eat and when to cook.
This is a personalized service. Each week a holistic nutritionist designs a menu just for you and a personal chef comes to your home, once a week, to prepare fresh, healthy meals. This generally takes between 3 and 5 hours, depending on how much food is made. You do not have to be home. There will be enough food prepared to last for 4-5 days (and the option of freezer friendly items).
This service will leave you with a fridge full of vibrant food and a clean kitchen, so that you can focus on you instead of when to grocery shop, cook, and clean.
We offer our Private Chef service throughout the GTA, including Brampton, Caledon, and Richmond Hill.

How Private Chef Works
The Private Chef service takes all of your individual dietary preferences into account and provides you with a personalized menu based on your needs. Once we collect information about your dietary needs, we design a menu just for you. You will have the opportunity to review the menu and make any changes until we find the perfect meal plan.
We then go grocery shopping for you and bring fresh ingredients to your kitchen. We prepare the meals and then clean up your kitchen, leaving you with a refrigerator full of fresh food. Please note, if you prefer to do the grocery shopping yourself, we can provide you with an organized list prior to the cooking session.
We prepare 3-4 servings of each dish (per person), so that you can mix and match mains and sides when you eat meals.
