HERE ARE SOME OF THE MANY HEALTH CONDITIONS WE WORK WITH:

HOW FREQUENTLY WE COOK:
We’ll be there to cook for you every week (we’ll schedule in an ongoing weekly day) and make a large batch of fresh food to last you many days.

 

WHAT TYPE OF MEALS WE COOK:
We prepare recipes that can be used for dinners and lunches.  We often make healthy desserts, snacks and/or a breakfast recipe too.  It all depends on what you need!  We specialize in making recipes that are gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. 

 

WHERE WE COOK:
We are located in Toronto and can travel throughout the GTA (including Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton).
