Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
Heat a grill pan with around 1 Tbsp of coconut oil. Once the oil is melted, spread around to coat the whole pan.
Place the peaches flesh side down on the hot pan and cook for around 4 minutes. Carefully slide a spatula under the peaches and check for grill marks. Once they have light grill marks, flip and cook on second side for 2 minutes.
To serve, add several spoonfuls onto a plate and place the peaches over top. You can add a few more dollops of yogurt on top of the peaches.
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp of dukkah over top.
If you want to use fresh herbs, add some chopped basil, cilantro or mint.
