Slice salmon into strips. Roll into “roses.” In a big bowl, place kale, then veggies, then salmon “roses” Pour dressing over and top with walnuts and craisins #FeelGoodSeafood #BigBlueFuture #MSCbluefish

seeing a lot of 🍎 🍏 picking pics these days…here’s what to make with all your apples: APPLE CRUMBLE CAKE ⠀ ⠀ Cake Layer 1/4 cup butter, melted⠀ 1 3/4 cup almond flour⠀ 1/4 cup arrowroot flour⠀ 1/2 tsp sea salt⠀ 1/2 tsp baking soda⠀ 3 eggs⠀ 1/2 cup honey⠀ 1 tsp vanilla⠀ 1 tsp lemon juice⠀ ⠀ Apple Layer 4-ish apples, peeled⠀ 1/2 tsp cinnamon⠀ squeeze of lemon⠀ squeeze of honey⠀ ⠀ Crumble Layer 1 cup almond flour or oat flour⠀ 1/2 cup rolled oats⠀ 4 Tbsp melted butter⠀ 2 Tbsp honey⠀ 1/4 tsp cinnamon⠀ pinch of salt⠀ ⠀ Directions:⠀ Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients, separately. then pour dry into wet, mix, pour into oiled springform pan (or any cake pan)⠀ ⠀ peel apples, thinly slice, toss with cinnamon, lemon juice, honey. Evenly layer on cake. ⠀ ⠀ combine all crumble ingredients, layer it on top of apples⠀ ⠀ Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. “I’m just so tired”⠀ ⠀ We’ve been talk “I’m just so tired”⠀ ⠀ We’ve been talking to A LOT of women about their eating, their health, their bodies and everyone keeps saying the same thing... ⠀ ⠀ 👉 I’m tired⠀ 👉 I’m exhausted⠀ 👉 I always crash in the afternoon ⠀ 👉 I feel foggy and lethargic⠀ 👉 I’m tired all day, then wide awake when I need to sleep ⠀ ⠀ This was definitely me, especially after having kids 👶 👶 ⠀ ⠀ I would wake up and an hour later be EXHAUSTED. Then I’d be irritable, angry and just live in this “mood” all day.
