If you live in Canada, it’s in CAD. If you live in the USA, it’s in USD.  You’ll only be charged HST tax if you live in Canada.

Once you sign up and payment has been processed, we will mail the CGM to you.

Yes! If you live in the USA, we will also mail you a “reader” to use alongside the CGM (the data from your CGM will be tracked on the reader instead of on your phone).  We provide instructions in the program.

This program is self paced – you can go at your pace, but we recommend doing it over a 1 month time period. 

We recommend watching the videos before you start wearing the CGM.  You will get access to the videos as soon as you sign up for the program, so you can watch them whenever is convenient for your schedule.  

You’ll wear the CGM for 2 weeks to track your blood sugar in real time. You’ll get to implement action steps to support your blood sugar during these 2 weeks.

A CGM is a continuous glucose monitor — a device that estimates your blood glucose levels.

It is applied on the back of the upper arm with a simple, disposable device called an applicator. A thin, flexible, sterile fiber is inserted just under the skin (you do not feel it while wearing it) and it is held in place with a small adhesive pad to track your blood sugar for 2 weeks.

We stand behind this program 100%. If you’re not seeing improvements in your overall wellbeing after fully implementing the action steps inside the program, we’ll work with you personally to adjust your approach or provide a refund. There’s no risk to giving yourself this gift of sustainable wellness.
