We used to HATE plans, structures & schedules until they saved us.  We would come home after cooking or menu planning for clients and realized there was nothing for us to eat.  We were so focused on feeding others, we were barely feeding ourselves.  

And no matter how many times we opened and closed the fridge doors, meals did not magically appear.  

Our health was declining, we were subsisting on protein bars to get through the day until we completely burned out.  Something desperately needed to change.

So, we took the system we had created for our clients and tweaked it so that it would now work for us — a bit of planning, some creativity and a lot of nourishment later, we feel like we found the holy grail of eating well.  And now, we’re giving the system to you, so you can thrive! 

We are recipe creating and meal planning MASTERS – we ran a meal delivery service where we intricately created menus for hundreds of people. And, we operate a private chef service where we create personalized menus for clients and cook their meals.  

We wrote a best selling cookbook, called The Living Kitchen, published by Penguin Random House, which won the Gourmand Award.

Frequently Asked Questions

It’s $27/month for 1 month with recurring billing.  Save money and only pay $78 every 3 months.  Save more and only pay $299 for a full year.

You can always omit certain ingredients if you can’t eat them.  We’ll give you tips on potential substitutions in the recipes.  If you ever have a question about substitutions you can always email us at info@livingkitchenwellness.com

No problem, you’ll get 1 free trial week to see if you like it when you sign up.  This is like the dating period, to see if we’re a good match.  To access the free trial, you’ll have to sign up for the 1 month, 3 month or 1 year option.  Your credit card won’t be billed until after the 1 week trial.

We’ve learned that we gotta be realistic and some nights you just don’t feel like cooking a specific recipe.  We found it works best to leave some wiggle room in your plans each week.  This leaves space for ordering takeout and taking some nights off from cooking.  Maybe you have a simple go-to meal or favourite that you want to include in the rotation.  Or some frozen meals  you want to use up.  If you ever have questions about what to make, you’ll be able to ask us for help in our Facebook group once you’re a member.

Each week you’ll get 6 new recipes, so even though everyone has specific preferences, there will always be a variety of mouth-watering recipes with different flavour profiles you’ll want to make, we promise.  We want to inspire you to cook new things that you never thought to make before!

Almost everything we make is gluten-free and dairy-free. If we do use dairy or gluten, it’ll always be optional and we’ll provide the GF/DF alternative in the recipe.

All of our recipes are plant based, meaning there will be lots of vegetables.  We consider ourselves flexitarians, so sometimes we eat all vegetarian and sometimes we eat omnivore protein.  We will have protein options for BOTH vegetarians and omnivores. We use whole food ingredients, so there’s nothing refined.  That means we use things like maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar instead of white sugar.  We use nourishing oils like extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil.  We use whole grains, like rice or gluten free noodles (but you can always swap out the grains if you don’t eat them).

You can upgrade at any time! If you sign up for 1 month, you can choose to upgrade to the 3 month membership or 1 year membership (and the cost will be prorated).  You can do that in your account once you’re logged in.

Of course we’ll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel anytime (you can access your account info at any time once you’re logged in).  

Once your 1 week trial week is over, your credit card will be billed $27 once every month if you signed up for the 1 Month option.  If you signed up for the 3 Month option, your credit card will be billed $78 once every 3 months.  If you signed up for the 1 Year option, your credit card will be billed $299 once every year.
