We specialize in making recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free.  And we can accommodate all types of dietary needs, such as: paleo, plant based, vegan, vegetarian, low-FODMAP, keto.

You come home after a long day, you open the fridge and there’s zilch, nada, nothing in there to eat. Maybe there are a few random ingredients but now you have to cook them and you’re just not in the mood for that, nor can you bear the thought of cleaning dishes.

 

Or, maybe you or a loved one is recovering from an illness, you just had a baby, you’re an extremely busy parent or a professional working some real crazy hours. It can be so hard to figure out how to eat well, especially if you add allergies or dietary restrictions into the mix and are tired of ordering take out or meal delivery.

We are located in Toronto and can travel throughout the GTA (including Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton).

Here’s How It Works!

You fill out our intake form to tell us a bit about yourself. As nutritionists and chefs, we design menus tailored to you – your likes, dislikes, dietary and health needs, and all picky eating tendencies.

 

You love kale but your kids hate it? No problem. Your husband is on a strict anti-cancer diet but you want to eat ingredients he can’t, we got you. You can’t eat garlic or onions, we can work with that.

 

Once the menu is set (and, we’ll plan a new menu for you each week to keep things interesting), one of our talented chefs comes to your kitchen and cooks up a storm preparing fresh, wholesome meals that are ready-to-eat. Our chef packages up everything, cleans up the kitchen and leaves.

 

You come home to a clean kitchen and a stocked fridge full of food and all you have to do is enjoy the beautiful, delicious meals.

We can come cook for your group! We specialize in planning menus for groups and we accommodate allergies and food sensitivities. We also offer small group cooking classes if you want to learn.
